Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Always rented a car/suv for when my kids pop over from the states. Never again. Now I will hire from these guys. Just had an accessible Movano for nearly two weeks. Worth every penny. Delivery exceeded expectations, likewise pickup to return. Every staff member I spoke with was kind and courteous (Even if they enjoyed taking my money 😂😂). Will definitely hire from here again. Just perfect. Wasn’t much more than hiring a non accessible car either.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired a WAV for use while holidaying in England with my son who has CP and drives a power wheelchair. The car was perfect for our time in England, was a lovely vehicle a Peugeot Rifter, we found it reasonable price wise to run, very happy all round with the vehicle.
You can hire a WAV from many places in the UK, but I can’t imagine finding a company that provides the level of customer service we received. From the initial enquiries (from Australia), to booking, organising delivery to Heathrow, where a lovely man Nathan dropped off the Vehicle, was very helpful, courteous and easy going, just what was needed after such a long flight.
The thing that I loved the most was dealing with one person the entire time, very personal service, Sinead was the most helpful person, answering all my questions (I had many!), always responding very quickly. Sinead made the whole process very easy.
Before booking I did get several quotes from other companies, Specialist Vehicle Hire, where the most responsive and were extremely competitive price wise.
I would highly recommend Specialist Vehicle Hire in Birmingham when you need a WAV.
Customer service, second to none ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
